- 11 Copycat Cheesecake Factory Recipes You Can Make At Home
Why flip through that 250+ item menu when you can make exactly what you want, without ever leaving the house?

We LOVE a good copycat recipe and are constantly working to figure out just how exactly places like Panera, Taco Bell, Burger King, and Olive Garden are making their food taste so good. One of our favorite places to try and dupe? The Cheesecake Factory! Why? The cheesecake, ofc, but also an unpretentious savory 20-page menu (!!) that takes notes from cuisines around the world, and still manages to be approachable and comfortable. It’s baffling really, which is why we’ll admit we haven’t gotten too far in our journey through their 250+ item menu. We are pretty proud of the 11 recipes we have attempted, so try making them at home next time you’re craving Cheesecake Factory. Sorry, though indoor palm trees and Greco-Roman horse statues not included. 😆
Even if we attempted no other recipes from the Cheesecake Factory, it would be crazy of us not to at least try their classic cheesecake. It’s not as elaborate as some of their other options, but topped only with just glazed strawberries and whipped cream, it’s pretty perfect in its simplicity. We’re not the only ones who think so either—it’s far and away their most popular flavor. We've also got two recipes here inspired by some of the desserts on the Cheesecake Factory menu—our red velvet cheesecake cake and our pineapple upside-down cheesecake cake. These cakes are awesome all on their own, but adding cheesecake takes them to a whole other level.
Speaking of being inspired, we feel like we've got a weirdly symbiotic relationship with the Factory. Sometimes we're sure we're making copycats of them; other times it feels like they might be making copycats of us. One thing is for sure—great minds definitely think alike. Whichever it is, we’re pretty pleased to both be able to get some of our favorite fun recipes at our local Cheesecake Factory or to make them within the comfort of our own home. Check out our spicy ahi tuna nachos, our Parmesan asparagus fries, our BLT Benedict, or our rigatoni alla vodka (we love that we’re both throwing tradition to the wind and ditching the penne!) if you feel the same way.
Craving even more Cheesecake Factory inspiration? If you want us to attempt a specific copycat recipe, let us know which one in the comments below. If you just can't get enough of the chain, you’ve gotta watch our resident Director of Video, Julia, in the final episode of her video series, Julia Tries Everything: Cheesecake Factory edition. Even if you're not a die-hard fan, her enthusiasm for the restaurant is infectious.

Copycat Cheesecake Factory Shrimp Scampi
This Cheesecake Factory staple is a seafood lover’s dream! The richness of the cream sauce is balanced by the acid of the tomatoes and the herbaceousness of the fresh basil. To top it all off, you'll add some golden bread crumbs for a bit of crispy texture. Mmm.

2
Copycat Cheesecake Factory Original Cheesecake
Though TCF has dozens of flavors, there is still something to be said for their classic, plain cheesecake topped with glazed strawberries and whipped cream. We're not the only ones who think so—the original with strawberries is far and away their most popular flavor.

Copycat Cheesecake Factory Madeira Chicken
Famed for their namesake fortified wine, Madeira is a teeny-tiny island belonging to Portugal. Far away and famed for many things, The Cheesecake Factory is worshipped for their Chicken Madeira, a saucy dish served with asparagus and topped with lots of mozzarella. This one-pan copycat recipe comes together in no time so you can enjoy it at home too.

Copycat Cheesecake Factory Oreo Cheesecake
When it comes to a Cheesecake Factory cheesecake, we don't expect anything less than extreme decadence. With five (!!!) indulgent layers of chocolate and Oreos, this dream cheesecake delivers all that and more.

5
Spicy Ahi Tuna Nachos
The Cheesecake Factory version of this fun fusion dish is called Ahi Poke Nachos, but otherwise we think our recipes are pretty darn similar: Crispy wontons (instead of tortillas!) are topped with tuna poke, avocado, and crunchy cabbage, then drizzled with a spicy mayo. These are THE nachos you've been missing, for game day and beyond.

Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake
Is there anything better than a red velvet cake? We thought not—until we were inspired by the Cheesecake Factory to add cheesecake to the classic. Boom, minds BLOWN.

Parmesan Asparagus Fries
Another new addition to the Cheesecake Factory menu are these "fries" made of asparagus deliciously covered in a mix of breadcrumbs and Parmesan. They're crispy, crunchy, and perfect for dipping in your dressing of choice (try something like remoulade or Russian dressing to mix it up at home!).

Copycat Cheesecake Factory Peppermint Bark Cheesecake
It doesn’t get more festive than everyone’s favorite holiday menu special from The Cheesecake Factory. Peppermint bark meets cheesecake in this minty, chocolate-y epic dessert. Studded with chopped chocolate and candy canes, it tastes just like the real thing.

9
Rigatoni Alla Vodka
They say great minds think alike, and nowhere is that more apparent than the fact that both our recipe and The Cheesecake Factory's feature rigatoni instead of traditional penne. We just think the ridged, fatter noodles are way better for soaking in the slightly spicy vodka sauce—once you try it, you might never make it the old way again.

BLT Eggs Benedict
Honestly, we'll never know who came up with this ingenious idea first, us or The Cheesecake Factory. We love our spin on classic eggs Benedict, but in this instance, we might have to cede the top prize to them—their version also has avocado.

11
Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake
We are suckers for a good pineapple upside-down cake and adding cheesecake to it might just make it our favorite version yet. We'd like to think this one will give the Factory a run for its money—check it out and see what you think!
